How does the process for repairs work?

When you contact us, we’ll make sure you have called your insurance company and then, from the estimate to the completion of work, we’ll handle things with the insurance company on your behalf. We’ll even arrange a rental car.

 

Is the estimate the total cost?

An estimate is normally very close to the final cost for the work being done. However, it is just an estimate and is based upon what we can see at the time of the estimate. In most cases, additional costs may be covered by insurance; in others, the owner may request additional work. This is called a supplement and we’ll advise you of any payment obligations you may have prior to that work being done.

 

When will my car be ready?

We offer a special service through our web site that allows you to track progress on your vehicle. We provide a tentative timeframe at the time your vehicle arrives on site; this can be affected by parts availability, hidden damage or weather. We will keep you advised of any unexpected delays.
